Therapy for Moms

Motherhood may be the most creative and challenging personal transformation you will experience in your life.

Becoming a parent and growing your family challenges you and transforms you like nothing else. I’m here to support you with therapy that honors your emotional depth, your intuition, and your becoming.

Motherhood changes everything—and not always in ways you expected. Whether you're feeling lost in the swirl of sleep deprivation, guilt, anxiety, or grief over who you used to be, you’re not alone. This is sacred work. Hard work. And it’s okay to need someone to hold you through it.

As a therapist who understands the invisible emotional labor of mothering, I offer a space where you can soften, be seen, and slowly reconnect to your sense of self. My approach is practical, nurturing, and soulful—grounded in deep listening and guided by intuition.

So many new moms struggle with feeling like they've lost themselves. You might wonder:

  • Who am I now?

  • Why do I feel so far from myself?

  • Is it okay to want more than just survival?

In our work together, we’ll gently explore the emotional layers of motherhood—your identity, your values, your inner voice—and work to reconnect you to your sense of meaning and worth. I weave practical coping skills with intuitive, reflective work, meeting you where you are and moving at your pace.

This is therapy that understands both the real-world demands and the spiritual transformation of motherhood. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and a decade of experience as a new parent educator. I can support you through the challenges of the postpartum period with deep, compassionate understanding and a vast body of knowledge about infant and child development. We know the saying, “it takes a village”, and that is true. I’m here to be a part of your village.
